Training process

It all begins with a self-observation of the initial state of the individual, evaluating and determining what resources they have available, and are willing to put into play to achieve their goals.
We set specific, measurable, realistic and the most ambitious goals we believe we can achieve, generating a commitment to general and specific actions to achieve them.
We plan awareness stimuli and training of values, attitudes, habits and sensory, cognitive, physical and mental abilities, constantly monitoring said actions, training and competitions.
